About Nina Merk

Nina Merk is a mixed media artist and set designer whose focus mainly lands on creating immersive installations. Coming from the theatre background, she translates the love for live performance into storytelling through objects, guided by a strong belief most things in our surrounding carry an emotional value. In recent years she concentrated on unravelling the connection between animal and human world that clashes in urban environments.
